Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Introduction

DataRush is operated by Eivydas Kantautas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an individual based in Lithuania, and this Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website (the “Site”) or submit the audit-request form, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit the “Book a Free Data Audit” form, we collect your work email address, company name, your selected primary data source (e.g. spreadsheets, CRM, database), and your selected biggest pain point. These fields are used solely to route your request to a data engineer and respond to you.

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, approximate location). This analytics tool does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. When you submit the audit-request form, our server also reads your IP address briefly to apply spam rate-limiting; it is held in memory and is not written to a database or shared with anyone.

Cookies

This Site does not set marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only the fonts and analytics described above.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Responding to your audit-request submission and scheduling a consultation
  • Operating, securing, and improving the Site (including detecting spam and abuse)
  • Understanding aggregate Site usage through privacy-preserving analytics
  • Complying with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the service providers that operate the Site, and only as needed to provide it:

  • Resend — delivers the email generated by an audit-request submission to our team.
  • Vercel — hosts the Site and provides privacy-preserving web analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

Audit-request submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our internal sales records, currently up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained by Vercel in aggregate form per its retention policy. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are never persisted to disk.

6. Data Security

All traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). The audit-request form validates and sanitizes submitted data server-side and uses a hidden honeypot field and IP-based rate-limiting to deter automated abuse.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA/UK Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to our processing of it, and to withdraw any consent you’ve given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kantautaseivydas@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

8. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is no need to opt out of sale. To exercise your rights, contact us at kantautaseivydas@gmail.com.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at kantautaseivydas@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Resend, Vercel) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with these providers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or requests to exercise your data rights can be sent to kantautaseivydas@gmail.com. We are based in Lithuania.
